Careers at Apex Renovations

Apex Renovations is a multifamily renovation general contractor based in Stafford, VA. We renovate apartment communities for owners and operators: unit interiors, CapEx programs, common areas and amenities, exterior and envelope, fire restoration and adaptive reuse. Our work runs on organized programs, daily field leadership, photo documentation and a clean punch process, so owners always know where their project stands.

What the work looks like

  • Multifamily only. We work in apartment communities on vacant and occupied unit renovations, CapEx programs, common areas and amenities, exterior and envelope, fire restoration and adaptive reuse.
  • Scope first. We align with owners on unit counts, access and finishes, then build a clear scope and budget before work starts.
  • Planned production. Materials, crews, phasing and QC checkpoints are set up front so occupied communities stay livable and schedules stay honest.
  • Field leadership and reporting. Daily field leadership, photo documentation and weekly production reports keep owners and property teams informed.
  • A clean finish. Projects close with a punch process and a clean handover to the property team.

  • Take progress and completion photos and report on progress daily
  • Keep property staff and residents informed, and work clean and respectfully in occupied communities
